This 8-week series is designed with the beginner yoga student in mind! Or, a student looking to refresh their knowledge of proper alignment in yoga poses. Each week we will learn therapeutic practices that are focused on certain areas of the body. Props and modifications are offered for students. (*this class is a series and requires registration. passes are non-transferrable and. non-refundable)
