This 8-week series is designed with the beginner yoga student in mind! Or, a student looking to refresh their knowledge of proper alignment in yoga poses. Each week will focus on the basic alignment principles of yoga poses to increase your knowledge, confidence, strength, flexibility and balance!  Props and modifications are offered for students. (*this class is a series and requires registration. passes are non-transferrable and. non-refundable)
